- Length: 1 Hour and 30 minute classes, once a week
- Goal: Fundamental Gymnastics Team Building
The fundamentals of basic gymnastics skills are even further developed by this level. This particular squad teaches gymnasts the strength, flexibility, and skills needed in order to advance to our pre-team and junior team levels. They are taught how to master important body positions that are vital for advancing into further levels.

The pre-team level further develops basic gymnastics skills as well as strength, flexibility, and coordination. Pre-team serves as a “bridge” between our recreational program and our competitive team program. This level trains for a total of 3 hours per week on all events including vault, bars, beam floor, and trampoline. Their hours are increased, to allow for more hands-on training as well as repetitive skill training, or muscle memory.

These gymnasts are taught more advanced skills in preparation for the competitive levels. The practices are structured based off of the higher levels. The junior team trains 4.5 hours a week. Their hours are increased, to allow for more hands-on training as well as repetitive skill training, or muscle memory.
